- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They need to be fired and not doing a good job, same, They drop it off in sterling and not rockfalls, they will deliver tomorrow but he didn't notify me that, they will drop it off end of the day, so I came home in the morning and saw at the front of my door in the apartment, glad nobody took it.By GalaxyMan, February 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They gave my package to another house and then acted like I did something wrong. The other people brought it back to UPS in Rock Falls and the kid at the UPS office in Rock Falls actually had the nerve to tell me "Luckily for YOU, the other people brought it back" WHAT??? Why me? I am not the one who dropped it off somewhere else!! Then the kid didn't make a move to help me carry or load it into my own car! I paid for SHIPPING! Why did I have to carry a 50 inch TV to my own car and then bring it to my house and then carry it into my house! Worst customer service EVER!By Dee Jane, January 08, 2017
